Trillium Banquet 2009
Nicole Cullen made her debut in Short Stirrup Hunters on the Trillium Circuit riding Echo. Nicole and Echo also had great success at the LHC, receiving a championship and a reserve championship. |
Sarah Dooreleyers and Showtime had a great season together receiving many good ribbons in the Small Pony Hunters at the Trillium Shows. A highlight of Sarah's season was receiving first at the Trillium Championships in the C Equitation Flat. |

Hannah Minnie and Windchime had a successful season in the Small Pony Hunters at the Trillium Shows with many good ribbons, a win in the C Equitation Over Fences and qualifing for Trillium Championships. |
Hanna Licskai and Peppermint Candy had success in the Small Pony Hunters, Short Stirrup Hunters and C Equitation, and qualified for Trillium Championships. |

Thomas had a successful first season of horse showing. Thomas, Vimy Henderson and Jackie Henderson finished first in the Adult Amateur Hunters and third in the Low Hunters for the Trillium Circuit. Thomas and Jackie also won the Jr/Am Classic at Trillium Championships. | Olivia Henderson and Deja Vu had a great season finishing 6th in the Schooling Pony Hunters. Olivia and Deja Vu stepped up to the Large Pony Hunters at the last Trillium show and received ribbons over fences and under saddle. | ||
Claire Fleming and Much to Clever had a very successful season together in the Medium Pony Hunters, finishing third. Claire did very well in B Equitation finishing 2nd O/F and 1st U/S. |
Rachael Cullen and Genuine had a great year together in the Large Pony Hunters and Pony Medal at the A shows finishing the year by qualifing for Pony Medal Finals. |

Deja Vu was busy in 2009, also competing at the LHC with Morag. Morag and Deja Vu finished Reserve Champion for the season. | |||
Rachael Cullen and Flashback competed in the Green Pony Hunters at the A shows and finished their first season together in 6th. Good luck in the Large Pony Hunters in 2010. |
Kendall Durst and Rhythm and Blues showed in the Children's Hunters at the A shows with great success. Kendall and Blue finished Reserve Champion one week and received many good ribbons throughout the year. |

Vanessa French and Hip Hop had a great first season together. They finished Reserve Champion in the Medium Pony Hunters at the Trillium shows as well as 4th in C Equitation Over Fences and 7th in C Equitation on the flat. Good luck in 2010. |

Megann Lisckai had a great year as a combined effort by Megann, Vimy and Jackie resulted in Rocinante finishing Champion in the Low Hunter Division! |
Emily Stockman and Cracker Jack had a great season together at the LHC. Emily and Cracker received many good ribbons both over fences and under saddle. | ||
Jackie Henderson and O'Reilly also qualified for the Royal Winter Fair in the Amateur Owner Hunters. Jackie and O'Reilly also competed in the 1.10m jumpers, CET and OHJA Medals in 2009 with great success. |
Short Cut showed in the Children's Pony and Schooling Pony with Claire Fleming riding for Henderson Farm. Short Cut had great results and proved he will be a wonderful Large Pony Hunter. | ||
Jovalle competed in Schooling Pony and Children's Pony with great success. Kendall Durst and Claire Fleming both showed Jovalle for owner, Henderson Farm. Claire Fleming has purchased Jovalle, good luck together in 2010. | Yvonne Van Hoof had a great season in the Modified Child Adults with her horse, Gotha Fooled. They qualified for the Trillium Championships and received many good ribbons throughout the year. | ||
And most important ... there was a lot of fun and CAKE! |
Fall and Winter 2009
The year was not only busy with horse shows but also included expansions and updates at the farm. The extension of the parking lot is greatly appreciated by all during lesson times and the ponies and horses are enjoying their new paddocks.
The month of December included two clinics at Henderson Farm with Jeff Rundle.
Many riders at Henderson Farm are continuing with their 2009 partners in 2010. Some new pony and horse rider combinations are planned for 2010 however.
Kendall Durst is heading to the Younger Adult Amateur Hunters with her new horse O'Reilly.
Hanna Licskai will be showing her new Medium Pony Lily.
Claire Fleming will be showing her new Large Pony Jovalle.
Rachael Cullen is working diligently with Cottonball (Donkey), owned by Henderson Farm, helping him learn the basics and what jumping is all about!
Vanessa French is now the owner of Hip Hop and will continue to show him in 2010.
Hannah Minnie has purchased her 2009 mount, Windchime, and will continue to show Windy in the Small Pony Hunters in 2010.
Morgan O'Neil and her pony Goldie Locks have joined Henderson Farm and hope to show in the Medium Pony Hunters in 2010.
